About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Line Manager to lead our Parts & Services Division (PSD) in Chile.

This role is responsible for driving profitable growth across aftermarket products, services, spare parts, and customer support activities while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a high‑performing organization.

As a member of the leadership team, you will define and execute business strategies, lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen customer relationships,



and ensure the achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Mission of the Role

Lead and develop the Parts & Services Division in Chile, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth through the delivery of high‑quality aftermarket solutions, strengthening long‑term customer partnerships, and driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation across all service and support activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business performance of the Parts & Services Division.
- Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Own P&L; performance, budgeting, forecasting, and EBIT delivery.
- Strengthen relationships with key mining customers and strategic accounts.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across service, technical support, supply chain, and commercial functions.
