Job summary: Lead and manage PerformanceIQ® Services projects from a production process perspective, focusing on identifying new sales opportunities and generating long‑term service contracts. This role connects technical expertise, commercial strategy, and service execution to convert opportunities into direct sales and profitable new service contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical execution of PerformanceIQ® Services, focusing on identifying potential sales and contract opportunities.
- Bridge technical expertise, commercial strategy, and service execution to convert opportunities into profitable service contracts.
- Prepare and analyze process information to identify opportunities that drive sales of equipment and/or solutions within the FLS product line or value propositions related to consignment contracts or long‑term services.
- Provide technical support across other areas as required by the organization.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, promoting the standardisation of area processes and collaboration with the rest of the organization.




- Provide technical support to clients on laboratory testing and/or metallurgical process matters related to specific projects.
- Conduct on‑site technical audits, reviewing and identifying improvement opportunities related to FLS equipment, analysing process data, and interviewing relevant operational personnel.
- Provide occasional support in commissioning of FLS equipment on process‑related matters.
- Promote a culture of safety and self‑care, complying with established standards, policies, and requirements; actively participate in annual HSEQA plans and programmes and report incidents, near‑misses, unsafe acts or conditions.
- The position is associated with a Technical Manager role, requiring expertise in Process Engineering and Reliability.
