Job Summary

Responsible for collaborating with distributors, sharing product information, and achieving sales quotas. Analyzes sales opportunities, collaborates on joint business plans, and fosters positive relationships. Participates in training to enhance domain knowledge, attends partner events, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless partner interactions.

Responsibilities
- Share information about organization’s products, services, promotions, and configurations with partners.
- Achieve assigned quotas for organization products, services, and software by effectively promoting and selling them.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans, outlining sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation in adherence to legal and ethical practices.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders within distributor organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Analyze sales opportunities and share relevant sales materials with distributors within a designated area of focus,



while actively seeking upsell and/or cross‑sell opportunities.
- Provide insights and guidance to distributor business managers or end‑user sales teams regarding partners’ capabilities and strengths.
- Monitor distributor performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Attend distributor events, trade shows, and webinars to represent the organization and facilitate networking.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure smooth distributor interactions.

Education & Experience Recommended
- Experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
