About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading e-learning course creation platform, providing software and content that supports course developers and helps organisations create engaging digital learning experiences.
They are now seeking a highly strategic and operationally strong Senior Project Manager to drive complex, high-impact initiatives across the Go-to-Market organisation.
This fully remote role will partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to deliver programmes that improve GTM effectiveness, support general growth and bring structure, clarity and momentum to cross-functional work.
The role will also own the operational framework and execution of translation and localisation workflows, ensuring the business can scale globally in a consistent, efficient and high-quality way.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic, cross-functional GTM programmes with clear goals, milestones, ownership and success measures
- Partnering with senior leaders to define programme structures, workstreams, priorities and delivery plans
- Translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, repeatable processes and scalable operating frameworks
- Improving GTM project management methods, including templates, intake processes, workflows and operating rhythms
- Driving alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement
- Facilitating senior stakeholder discussions, ensuring clarity around ownership,



decisions, risks and priorities
- Providing clear leadership updates, including status reporting, risk assessment, recommendations and resourcing considerations
- Owning the operational framework for translation and localisation intake, prioritisation, workflow management and delivery
- Ensuring localisation processes are scalable, efficient and quality-focused, without owning vendor strategy
- Partnering with global stakeholders to ensure translation and localisation activity supports wider GTM strategy
- Introducing programme metrics and reporting to improve visibility, decision-making and predictable execution
- Leading retrospectives and continuous improvement activity to strengthen cross-team delivery
- Helping mature GTM-wide operating mechanisms that support strategic alignment, accountability and execution discipline

Key Requirements
You will be a highly organised, analytical and solution-oriented Project / Programme Manager with strong experience leading complex,
cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.

You will bring:
- 8+ years’ project or programme management experience,



ideally within SaaS, technology or another scaling, cross-functional organisation
- Proven experience leading complex, strategic and high-impact programmes with measurable business outcomes
- Strong exposure to GTM initiatives, working across teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement
- Experience with translation, localisation or internationalisation workflows in a scaling global environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct
authority
- Strong operational rigour, including experience creating frameworks, workflows, dashboards, reporting structures and communication rhythms
- The ability to turn strategic priorities into clear plans, repeatable processes and practical execution models
- Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify dependencies, anticipate blockers and manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for senior leadership and
cross-functional teams
- A proactive, resourceful and autonomous approach, balanced with strong alignment to GTM leadership
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace
