We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The idóneo candidate has a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns. You will monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, conduct A/B testing, analyze key metrics, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve business objectives.

- Experience as a Paid Media Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, PPC Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads,



and other digital advertising platforms.

- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.

- Experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.

- Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

- Experience with SEO, landing page optimization, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

- Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn Advertising certifications are a plus.
