We’re looking for a proactive Talent Outreach Analyst. This position contacts candidates and helps them find new opportunities at BairesDev, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You Will Do
- Contact candidates and help them sign up for a job at BairesDev.
- Craft and send recruitment messages to achieve a high response rate.
- Build relationships on professional networks via email, phone, and video conference.
- Understand candidates’ career needs and suggest the best options at BairesDev.
- Collaborate with different managers to align priorities.

Here’s What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
- Experience with online and phone sales techniques.
- Experience in IT Industry head‑hunting.




- Advanced English level.
