Head of Marketing

Location: Remote — Chile

Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote (telecommute) position.

You'll own the company's go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, content marketing, partnerships, events, and overall marketing performance while leading a lean, AI-enabled team.

What You'll Do

Go-to-Market Strategy

Develop and execute the company's overall go-to-market strategy
Define brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
Build scalable demand generation initiatives that support revenue growth
Align marketing efforts with company objectives and long-term business goals

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

Own marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics
Develop strategies across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships, and events
Create scalable lead generation systems that consistently produce qualified opportunities
Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives
