Job Responsibilities：1.Responsible for improving the basic operational and management capabilities of passenger vehicle service providers, ensuring that hardware configuration, spare parts storage, and personnel training meet the company's requirements;2.Monitor, guide, and drive continuous optimization of dealer service processes and improvement in customer satisfaction to achieve the company's NPS and other performance metrics;3.Responsible for the promotion, implementation, and follow-up feedback of various after-sales policies and activities;4.Responsible for handling customer complaints and addressing various technical and non-technical issues for distributors;5.Responsible for project control, market competitor analysis, and industry information research within the designated area, along with feedback reporting.Job Requirements：1.5 years or more of relevant job experience;2.Good at English;3.Excellent communication and language expression skills;4.Possess a strong sense of responsibility and dedication;5.Able to work under certain pressure and frequently travel to different cities for business trips.
