About the Role
We are looking for an Ad Optimization Success Manager who sits at the exact intersection of technical Ad Ops execution and strategic client relationship management. This isn’t a standard account management role where you just pass messages along, nor is it a back-end data silo.
In this role, you will be the primary technical advisor and strategic champion for our LATAM publishers. You will configure, test, and manage complex ad stacks while translating technical data into clear,



revenue-driving strategies for our clients. Your mission is simple: keep publisher ad health pristine, maximize their yield, and ensure they view MonetizeMore as an indispensable partner in their business growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Drive Partner Success through Ad Stack Optimization & Management
- Configuration & Execution: Partner closely with our Ad Demand and Engineering teams to configure, test, and manage end-to-end ad stacks within Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding environments.
- Yield Optimization: Analyze publisher inventory to pinpoint top-performing ad units, then confidently implement layout and stack adjustments to maximize revenue.
- Feature Activation: Own the product adoption of your publishers, ensuring all applicable PubGuru tech features are fully activated to drive value to our partners..
