About the Role

Join our Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Experience team, where you will play a key role in helping BHP attract and engage exceptional talent across our integral portfolio.
As a Specialist Candidate Marketing & Branding,



you will shape and execute our recruitment brand strategy across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition journey. You will design engaging messaging and creative campaigns that resonate with diverse talent pools, inspiring candidates to connect with BHP and remain engaged as they progress through the recruitment process.
Working closely with global stakeholders and reporting into Australia, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence how BHP is perceived as an employer, drive innovation in candidate engagement, and contribute to a more inclusive and impactful hiring experience.
