How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Act as Global SME for OSD manufacturing and Engineering BP for the NA & LATAM regions.
- Covering NA sites - Davie, SLC W & E, Adeno, Edison, Fairfield, Cincinnati, Canada and LATAM sites - Guadalajara, Maipu, Munro.
- Participate as an active member of the NA Cluster Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy, investment prioritization, and performance governance Lead engineering interface with integral and local stakeholders (MS&T;, R&D;, EHS&S;, Finance, OPEX, Procurement, GNPS, GEXT)
- Drive standardization, compliance gap closure (CAPA), and reliability improvements across sites Provide expertise in equipment, facility, and process design, including technology selection and industry best practices
- Own and support CAPEX processes (LRP, AOP, prioritizatio
