GHD has an immediate opportunity for a People Leader, Chile. The People Leader will have responsibility for the Chile region. This position will provide professional and contemporary strategic and operational people management advice and initiates human resource best practices to support the achievement of the region’s business objectives and GHD's overall strategic goals. The position is in our Santiago, Chile office, under a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities and Experience Required:
Organizational Development
- Develop a strategy for growth.



Contribute to the overall Chile business strategy from a people perspective and beyond, anticipate future human resources needs and develop scalable human resources processes to support a rapidly growing workforce.
- Lead through high growth periods and implement effective organizational structure designs
- Analyzes talent data to provide insight to the region for training and learning/development priorities
- Proven ability to cultivate and establish a positive organizational culture

Client first mindset
- Proven ability to develop and align leadership and business groups in support of achieving business strategy
- Champions Diversity & Inclusion through partnership with Center of Excellence and strategic partnership with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Coaching and Performance
- Mentoring and guiding leadership teams with an outcome based approach
- Provides direct employee support through conversation
