- Ensure compliance with mining regulations and occupational health & safety standards.
- Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and talent management processes.
- Manage workplace safety initiatives and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Monitor and report on HR and safety performance metrics.
- Manage health and safety training programs for employees and contractors.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

A successful HR Manager should have:

- Advanced level of English,



both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managerial positions.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and occupational health & safety protocols.
- Familiarity with mining regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in the Natural Resources industry or a related field.
- Management and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
