Skills & Qualifications

- Expertise in technical/pre‑sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
- Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
- Experience with wireless technologies, deploying, supporting, and conducting site surveys.
- Solid understanding of wireless authentication technologies.
- Exceptional knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
- Proficiency in routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti‑virus.
- In‑depth knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPsec, firewalls, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.
- Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.
- Relevant certifications: CCIE, CISSP.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint during pre‑sales.
- Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
- Demonstrate expertise in networking applications and solutions.




- Act as the lead technical contact for post‑sales accounts, working closely with technical support and engineering to elevate and resolve customer technical issues.
- Provide assistance in identifying customers for post‑sales training.
