At Astec Industries, we are committed to building innovative solutions that connect communities around the world. We are seeking an Accounting Analyst – LATAM (GL & Invoicing) to join our Finance team in Santiago, Chile.

In this role, you will support accounting operations across Latin America, including general ledger activities, account reconciliations, invoicing, customer and vendor master data management, reporting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze general ledger information.
- Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Create and maintain customer, vendor, and employee master data.
- Support accounts receivable processes and issue sales invoices.
- Assist with audit processes and internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor and Oracle preferred).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- availability to work onsite in Renca, Santiago.
