Leads and oversees the relevant tasks to perform “Order To Cash” activities in Zones for in-vivo business
Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Cash and productivity meets milestones and targets within integral OTC KPI framework (acc. Zone specific target setting)
Responsible to continuous improvement process ton harmonized, standardized and digitalized OTC process according global reference framework “ ”




Drives continuous development of OTC related digitalization activities with focus on productivity
Interfaces with Zone sales and service organization, as well as “Offer to Order Department” and BL/BA organization
Develops team members and elevates their skillset to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTC; develops talents Required Mindset Result-oriented with strong commitment to achieving targets while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
