Administración de los equipos como el inventario y seguimiento de los tickets
Iniciativas y proyectos regionales / globales
Onboarding y capacitaciones a nuevos integrantes ¿Qué necesitas tener?: Carrera: Egresados en carreras de IT (deseable)
3 años de experiencia en áreas de soporte nivel 1 y nivel 2
Paquete de Office intermedio
Inglés intermedio – Avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
Conocimientos en administración de cuentas de usuarios AD y sistemas ITSM como (Service Now) ¿Qué te hace destacar? Comunicación y relación fluida con los clientes.
