¿Qué harás? Serás responsable de gestionar las señales recibidas en nuestra central de monitoreo, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos para proteger a nuestros clientes.

Condiciones del cargo

- Jornada de 44 horas semanales
- Trabajo 100% presencial
- Contrato a plazo fijo con opción a indefinido
- Horario rotativo en modalidad 6x1 y 5x2, con horarios rotativos: Mañana: 06:30 / 07:00 hrs Tarde: 13:30 / 14:00 / 12:00 / 12:30 hrs Noche: 21:30 / 22:00 hrs (Contamos con traslado corporativo para turnos con ingreso o salida entre las 22:00 y 07:00 hrs)

Requisitos

- Enseñanza media completa
- Experiencia en atención al cliente
- Manejo de PC a nivel usuario
