Our client is a multinational company, involved in EPC and technology projects in electrical industry (specially HV).

Descripción

Reporting to the Operations Manager, his/her main responsibilities will be:

- Being responsible for projects performance, including contract terms, schedule, costs, compliance, claims and legal risks;
- Be the main point of contact for all contract and commercial communications with the client counterpart;
- Ensure all compliance of contract terms according to chilean electrical regulations;
- Being responsible of projects execution accomplish in right terms;
- Manage full contract life cycle, budget and timings;




- Oversee projects performance against contractual milestones, deadlines and quality requirements;
- Lead the review, negotiation and formalisation of contract amendments, additional agreements and addendum;
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site team;

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

We're looking for an Electrical, Industrial or Civil Engineer, with 10 years of experience in contract administration in EPC transmission projects (Substations extension and/or HV lines) to be responsible of the different EPC projects of the company.
