Team
The team plays a critical role in supporting CIP throughout the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects and infrastructure investments in fast growing economies across Latin America. This includes providing strategic insights and analytics during key transaction processes and facilitating the financial analysis and valuation of the Funds and their projects. Our work ensures that energy market dynamics are fully integrated into investment decisions, helping to optimize value and manage risk across the portfolio. You will work closely together with a highly experienced team in an engaging and truly integral environment.

Role
The Associate is responsible for supporting the origination, evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure and energy-transition investments across Latin America. Working closely with senior investment professionals,



the Associate will play a key role in financial modelling, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio management, and investment decision-making. The position requires solid analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic and multicultural environment

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain financial models for greenfield developments, portfolio management, acquisitions and creating scenarios for operational improvements.
- Conduct commercial, financial, technical, legal, regulatory, and ESG due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Analyse project economics, valuation, financing structures, risks, and return profiles.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees and senior management.
