Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About Us

We are a fast-growing SaaS provider specializing in Cloud & Kubernetes optimization and infrastructure platforms. As we rapidly expand our footprint across the U.S. market, we are looking for a high-performing, phone-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in LATAM to hunt for Mid-Market opportunities and accelerate our Channel Partner program.

This is not a script-reading role. We need a strategic conversationalist who knows how to control the room, qualify with precision, and build a high-velocity pipeline in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Channel Activation: Recruit, onboard, and activate U.S.-based Channel Partners (Consultancies, MSPs, and System Integrators) to expand our market reach.
- Pipeline Generation: Hunt and generate highly qualified opportunities within the U.S. Mid-Market segment through outbound prospecting.
- Rigorous Qualification: Execute structured qualification frameworks (BANT) to ensure sales pipeline integrity.
- Executive Engagement:



Pitch and engage directly with high-level U.S. decision-makers (IT Leaders, DevOps Managers, Cloud Architects), bypassing non-authority gatekeepers.
- SQL Ownership: Deliver premium, high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) directly to sales leadership to drive revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Location: Based in LATAM, working in full alignment with U.S. Time Zones (EST/CST/PST).
- Experience: 2–4+ years of proven track record as an SDR/BDR within the B2B Tech/SaaS space, specifically targeting the U.S. market.
- Language: Bilingual or native English fluency (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.
- Channel Savvy: Direct experience selling through channel partners, not just direct-to-consumer or standard end-users.
- Market Exposure: Deep understanding of the U.S. Mid-Market segment and its specific buying personas.
- Tech Domain:
- Familiarity with Cloud-native environments
