FinderHR is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for an important multinational company in the shipping and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with managers and business leaders to support strategic people initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of organizational development, talent management, performance, and training programs.
- Support recruitment and selection processes when required.
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.
- Participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Organizational Psychology preferred) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management,



Recruitment & Selection, Training, or related areas.
- Intermediate English level (B1–B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, compensation, SuccessFactors, or DocuSign is considered an advantage.
