The role will participate in and lead the site selection, development and strategic promotion of next-generation AI-ready data center campuses in Latin America.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Development
- Lead the development of renewable energy projects and AI data center campuses in Latin America
- Identify strategic nodes with large-scale power supply capacity and transmission resources
- Drive land acquisition, permit approval, environmental impact assessment and public utility coordination
- Support overall campus planning and infrastructure layout
Power and Energy Strategy
- Coordinate with power companies, transmission companies and new energy developers
- Promote long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) and energy storage (BESS) strategies
- Assess grid capacity,
substation conditions and power supply risks
DC and Strategic Client Collaboration
- Interface with data center, cloud service providers and AI infrastructure customers
- Establish long-term partnerships with data center customers
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, energy, data center, telecommunications or large-scale industrial project development
- Experience in advancing large-scale power infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in successfully developing at least one data center
