The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for an experienced sales professional to join us as a Consulting Services Account Specialist in Santiago, Chile The Consulting Services Account Specialist leads services sales efforts in their assigned accounts. The role develops solutions aligned to customer outcomes, coordinates with delivery and sales teams, and resolves moderately complex service sales issues within their scope of responsibility. In this role, you will lead sales activities for our business, which cover a broad range of IT infrastructure solutions and technologies, from mission-critical operating system and virtualization environments, to advanced middleware, cloud, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) propositions.

You'll be responsible for managing sales, customer satisfaction, and partner engagement for a set of accounts within their assigned territory.

What You Will Do Grow your territory through the development of internal business partnerships with the Field Sales team and alliance and partner programs

Accurately and consistently provide revenue and booking forecasts for your territory

Design and implement effective, high-impact technical and business solutions for Red Hat's customers with focus on our technologies

Manage revenue and booking goals across all practices (Consulting, Training and Technical Account Management)





Ensure successful delivery of all projects

Sell Red Hat's solutions using customer business requirements to create unique technical offerings What You Will Bring 3+ years of experience with internal or external sales

Knowledge of technical or business consulting practices

Project delivery experience

Solid leadership skills

Knowledge of application development or cloud solutions creation and delivery
