About the Role

Business Development Manager – should have large experience for developing Industrial market by approaching and building solid relationship with both Distributors and End Users.

Responsibilities

- Develop/Manager Industrial market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
- Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
- Presentation of the solution to potential customers
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team




- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Assist consultants to specify projects
- Position HIKMICRO as the preferred product for consultants.
- Prepare reports required by the management.

Qualifications

- Experience in the industrial market.
- Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
- Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
- Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
- The knowledge of Infrared Thermography or Flow Meter or Pressure Transmitter or Level Meter is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Solid in Outlook and related products.
