What You'll Do

Continuously monitor CCTV systems during shifts, managing priority views and escalating technical failures. Prepare and investigate incident reports based on severity and SLA, validating investigations by external teams. Analyze logistics systems and track issues detected by operators to reduce shrinkage rates. Ensure compliance with operator guidelines, control proper record-keeping, and propose improvements in time and resource usage.

What We're Looking For

Advanced knowledge of CCTV systems and security platforms. Intermediate proficiency in the Office suite and general computer skills. Familiarity with access control platforms (like Lenel) and inventory/WMS management systems. Availability to work on-site in rotating shifts to cover 24x7 operations.
