Role Overview:

CBM360TIV is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards across mining projects. This role drives accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial planning.

Reporting To:

Finance Director / Country Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Lead and mentor accounting staff, improving processes and controls
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors

Education & Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or Business Administration
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

Experience:

- 5+ years in accounting/finance roles, preferably in mining or industrial sectors
- Proven experience in managing a finance team and complex reporting

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
