Description Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced and motivated technologists who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. As a Solutions Architect on the Automotive & Manufacturing team, you will partner with some of the world's largest automotive suppliers to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address critical business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. You will serve as a trusted customer advocate and strategic advisor to companies navigating complex digital transformation journeys, from modernizing legacy systems and migrating workloads to implementing advanced AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is a T-shaped generalist: deep technical expertise in at least one domain, broad competence across the cloud landscape, strong proficiency in generative AI and agentic AI, and the ability to speak the language of the automotive industry. You understand manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, connected vehicle architectures, and the engineering culture of tier-one suppliers.



In collaboration with account managers, technology specialists, and industry teams, you will help shape and execute strategies to build mind share and broad use of AWS within your defined customer set. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
