What You Will Do As an Employee Health & Safety Advisor, you will support the organization in all matters related to employee health, safety, workplace risk prevention, and regulatory compliance across Volvo Trucks Chile. Based in Santiago, you will provide guidance and support to the entire dealership network throughout Chile, as well as to the Distribution Center. You will work closely with leaders, employees, operational teams, external authorities, and specialized partners to identify risks, ensure compliance with local legislation, and continuously improve health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the organization. You Will Identify workplace hazards and support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.



Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and improvement programs. Monitor and analyze data related to workplace injuries, illnesses, incidents, and absences. Lead accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence. Provide expert guidance and training on safety protocols, risk prevention, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with Volvo Group standards and Chilean legislation. Coordinate and support the certifications, accreditations, documentation, and compliance processes required by local regulations. Support the implementation, certification, and continuous improvement of management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
