We're in a major growth phase at Bluelight, and we're seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong outbound sales experience to expand our client base. This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified appointments. The adecuado candidate is confident speaking with U.S.-based decision-makers, has excellent English communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced,



performance-driven sales environment.
What You'll Do
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS
Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups
Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, aligned with Bluelight's ideal customer profile
Run structured multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly to engage prospects and drive responses
Write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear calls-to-action
Initiate outbound conversations with confidence, clearly communicating Bluelight's value proposition within the first few seconds
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and identify real sales opportunities
