Key job responsibilities Supervise and develop a team of Health and Safety Managers across the LATAM region, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and performance guidance to ensure consistent safety excellence.
Ensure regulatory compliance by working with legal and program partners to implement and maintain safety programs aligned with local standards (STPS/NOM in Mexico, Normas Regulamentadoras in Brazil, Dirección del Trabajo/DS in Chile) and conduct safety data analysis and benchmarking.
