Job Description Based in Santiago, Chile, the Market Analyst will be responsible for actively modeling and analyzing the local energy market. The role's primary mission is to maintain and continuously update the hydrothermal and renewable optimization dispatch model and its database, along with other simulation tools and reports, as part of the Chile Commercial Operations team. The position supports commercial decision-making through market analysis, forecasting, and the development of analytical tools and methodologies.



Qualifications The position is expected to contribute to the organization through the following outcomes: Continuously improve and optimize modelling tools by incorporating new data, new methodologies and automation solutions that enhance efficiency and analytical accuracy. Develop power market models and system analyses, delivering critical insights to support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making.
