Role Overview
We are seeking a Nurse with experience in clinical trials and patient recruitment to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical research operations, ensuring patient safety, and driving successful recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment for ongoing studies
- Provide education and engagement to patients to ensure adherence and retention
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and communication
- Ensure ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (RN, BSN, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials
- Proven track record in patient recruitment and engagement
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
