Dero Legal is seeking an experienced and analytical Consultor Legal Corporativo (Corporate Legal Consultant) to provide specialized legal counsel, manage contract negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance for our corporate clients. In this role, you will draft and review legal documentation, mitigate corporate risks, and serve as a trusted legal advisor across complex commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, service agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate structure, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct legal due diligence for corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and business acquisitions.
- Monitor changes in commercial legislation and regulatory frameworks to ensure ongoing corporate compliance.
- Assist clients with dispute resolution, pre-litigation strategies, and legal negotiations.
- Prepare legal opinions, compliance audits,



and strategic reports for corporate executives and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Law degree (Juris Doctor, LL.B., or equivalent) with active legal practice accreditation/bar admission.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a corporate attorney, legal consultant, or in-house legal counsel.
- Deep knowledge of corporate law, commercial contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
