A leading international company is looking for a Finance Manager, based in Santiago, to lead the financial strategy of a regional operation within Latin America.

This role acts as a key strategic business partner, driving decision-making, supporting business execution, and leading the transformation of the finance function towards a more agile, data-driven, and performance-oriented model.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic business partner to commercial and operational teams.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with local and international standards.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and business performance.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvements, and digital initiatives.
- Support commercial strategy through pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Participate in strategic projects and M&A; integration efforts.

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).




- +8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A;, Finance Head, or similar).
- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
- Proven track record in finance transformation and organizational change.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI), and financial planning systems.
- Fluent English required.
