They are currently seeking a Head of Architecture to lead the department.
Qualifications & Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Revit, with at least 5+ years of professional experience (Autodesk certification is a plus).
Proven track record of leading and managing teams of architects.
Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability and motivation to continuously learn and develop new skills.




Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Autodesk Certified Professional or Expert in Revit/BIM.
Experience working on residential projects, particularly with wood framing.
Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and codes.
Knowledge of Passive House principles.
Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies.
Experience working with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs).
