Job Description

Corporación Prodel is looking for a Técnico Social to join the OPD MAKTUB program located in Antofagasta.

Responsibilities

- Understand the protective work within the SENAME network.
- Work within a network environment.
- Experience managing the SENAINFO platform.
- Experience working with NNA and their responsible adults.
- Advanced user computational skills.
- Reception and assistance of OPD users.
- Telephone support and correspondence receipt.
- Update interventions on the SENAINFO platform.
- Assist with long‑stay discharge requests for cases on the SENAINFO platform.
- Review causes on the SITFA platform of Family Courts.
- Administrative support in the intersectorial area.
- Support the protection area by archiving and safeguarding information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or equivalent in Social Sciences (Técnicos en área Social).
- Experience as outlined in Responsibilities.

Salary

Gross salary: $814,400 + $35,000 mobilization.
