THE/STUDIO is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to lead inside sales, outbound and revenue operations. This is not a traditional executive role; you will be on the ground, driving growth across Customize Now and Source Anything, with a CEO-aligned strategy and a Sales Manager partner.
You will run a lean team, balance macro goals with day-to-day execution, design playbooks, analyze data, and ruthlessly optimize pipelines from the trenches, while embracing a fully remote, globally distributed team.
