Job Overview

SII Group Chile seeks a Líder Técnico – Data & IA to lead the development of data and AI solutions, implementing architectures into production with a hands‑on approach and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement production pipelines and agents defined by the Data Architect.
- Integrate data products with legacy systems and internal consumers.
- Deploy production solutions with observability, monitoring, and operational documentation.
- Ensure technical quality through automated testing and continuous integration processes.
- Perform technical handovers and keep documentation and backlog up to date.

Qualifications

- Experience in software development, focusing on data and AI projects.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying solutions in production environments, ideally in regulated industries.
- Experience working with cloud data pipelines.




- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Applying software development best practices: unit and integration testing, observability, and monitoring.

Working Mode

Hybrid, two times per week on site at the office in Las Condes.
