People & Culture Generalist (Maternity Leave Replacement, Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Coca‑Cola Production Plant, San Bernardo, Chile.

Job Summary: Provide broad transactional support to managers and employees in People & Culture (P&C;). Resolve first‑line problems and support employee requests across payroll, benefits, training, hiring and onboarding, and terminations. Provide Workday support for hiring, promotions, lateral moves and terminations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, administer, and communicate programs that align rewards with organizational goals.
- Manage local payroll, job description and evaluation system updates, rewards and recognition programs, employee benefits (healthcare, retirement, insurance, well‑being, and other local programs).
- Provide functional consulting to line management and People & Culture Director on mobility policies, programs and guidelines.
- Process transactional activities: hiring, terminations, contracts, retirement, and related employee records maintenance.
- Maintain P&C; information systems and interfaces,



including vendor selection and management.
- Report statistical data to internal management and external authorities.
- Design and manage P&C; processes across all disciplines.
- Coordinate Recognition, Benefit and Talent Development programs with Operational Excellence and P&C; Director.
- Drive performance enablement, training & development, talent development, and young professional programs.
- Lead and implement the Nvolve platform and coordinate training activities per TCCQS requirements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of prior work experience.
- Prior HR experience in manufacturing or similar industries is desirable.
- University degree required; additional studies in human resources or digitalization preferred.
- Knowledge of labor relations and trade unions.
