Role Overview

Judith Doyle Tech Chile is seeking a strategic and technical Software Project Leader to direct cross-functional engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business goals, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and aligned with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end planning, resource allocation, and timeline execution for software development initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor software engineers, QA teams, and UI/UX designers, removing blockers and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate project roadmaps, risk assessments, status reports, and technical trade-offs to clients and senior leadership.
- Quality & Delivery Control: Oversee sprint backlogs, code release schedules, and quality assurance processes to guarantee robust system deployments.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of software project management experience, with a solid background in software engineering or technical delivery.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Technical Background: Broad understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud deployments, and web/mobile development processes.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or equivalent Project Management certification is a strong plus.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
