Mufic RD Chile SpA is seeking an innovative and results-driven Process Automation Specialist (Especialista en Automatización de Procesos) to design, develop, and optimize automated workflows across our business operations. In this role, you will analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and build end-to-end automation solutions (RPA, workflow tools, and system integrations) to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and analyze business processes to identify automation and digitization opportunities.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots and workflow automation tools using industry-standard platforms.
- Integrate internal systems, databases, and third-party APIs to streamline data flows and eliminate manual data entry.
- Monitor automated workflows, perform root-cause troubleshooting for production failures, and maintain bot infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, and engineering) to translate business requirements into technical automation specifications.
- Establish process documentation, system architecture logs,
and user guidelines for deployed automation solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in process automation, RPA development, or systems integration.
- Strong proficiency with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
- Experience with SQL, database management, and API integration (REST/SOAP).
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Professional fluency in Spanish; intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
