Job Overview

Masselotte Digital SpA is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (Ingeniero de Confiabilidad de Sitios) to ensure our cloud platform and digital infrastructure remain ultra-reliable, scalable, and secure. In this role, you will bridge software engineering and systems operations—applying automated engineering practices to optimize performance, minimize system downtime, and streamline continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor critical operational metrics, including Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets.
- Automate manual system processes, toil reduction, provisioning, and configuration management using code.
- Manage incident response operations, perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for production issues, and execute blameless post-mortems.
- Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and system stress testing to support high-concurrency traffic.
- Partner with software development teams to enhance system observability, logging,



distributed tracing, and automated alerting frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Infrastructure Engineer.
- Proficiency in modern programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js).
- Hands-on experience managing infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong expertise with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring frameworks (Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Solid understanding of networking, Linux/Unix system administration, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Professional fluency in Spanish; intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
