The Mgr Regional Sales II is responsible for mobile and tower crane business
(new and used) in Peru and Argentina. In charge of growing market share and
reaching yearly revenue goals. Develops marketing activities with dealers and
directly with end users. Works on market intelligence, sales forecast, and
projections. Keeps frequent contact with customers and business partners.
Supports aftersales team to give excellent customer service. Prepares yearly
business plans with dealers, keeps current customers engaged with the brand, and
finds new potential clients. Uses finance as a sales tool and informs customers
about new products, financing options, policies, and sales conditions. Required Skills/Abilities: * Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage sales processes. * Ability to prepare quotations and follow up on sales activities. * Good communication skills to build and maintain customer loyalty. * Market intelligence and analytical skills to monitor business dynamics and develop strategies.



* Capacity to work with dealers and service centers to improve sales force performance. * Knowledge of auditing procedures and ability to apply company policies in dealer/service center reviews. * Strategic planning skills to develop, execute, and follow up business plans. * Teamwork and collaboration with sales and after-sales departments. * Customer service orientation to ensure excellent support and satisfaction. * Basic financial knowledge to use financing tools as part of the sales process.
