Bechtel is seeking a CRP Lead/Coordinator to manage the Construction Workface Effectiveness program and associated CWE tools for the ENTS project at Minera Escondida, Chile. You will coordinate craft productivity initiatives, leadership development, and craft retention, aligning with the CWE Execution Plan and SWPP 1205.
You will work on site at a remote/high-altitude mine facility, collaborating with field leadership to implement learning solutions and drive improvements in workface efficiency.
