On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: HR Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Chile. The HR Specialist will be primarily responsible for the Training and Performance Management modules . Key duties include overseeing the complete employee development cycle, from identifying training needs and delivering programs to conducting performance evaluations and managing development plans. While the role encompasses day-to-day HR operations, policy implementation, its central focus is on enhancing employee capabilities and driving performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Work with the business to understand its needs, create a yearly plan for all trainings in the office,



and run trainings.
- Work with the regional team to help set up and run the digital learning platform based on their requirements.
- Use fluent Chinese every day for all work activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or tech industry is a plus
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese
