Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst to join our Finance team and support our Pacific Cluster (Chile & Peru). This is a highly impactful role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, turning complex operational data into strategic insights, and driving value across Supply Chain operations.

In this role, you will:

- Analyze cost performance and identify risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, and materials.
- Lead financial forecasting and planning processes, leveraging tools such as SAP, Anaplan, and advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy and business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, evaluate, and validate cost-saving, sourcing, productivity, and network optimization initiatives, ensuring measurable value creation.
- Build business cases and perform financial evaluations for capital investments, manufacturing changes, new product launches, and productivity projects through scenario modeling and post-implementation analysis.
- Drive the annual standard cost setting and cost roll-up process while ensuring strong governance, accurate cost allocation, and compliance with corporate policies.

What we look for:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA or similar professional certification is a plus.

Experience:





- 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A;, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Supply Chain Finance. Experience in multinational consumer goods or manufacturing environments preferred.

Technical & Core Skills:

- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), and Total Delivered Cost (TDC).
- Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or similar ERP/EPM planning systems.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and business partnering capabilities across multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and value creation.
- Adaptability, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
