Ali Daher Servicios is seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with our top-tier corporate clients. In this role, you will act as the main liaison between high-value clients and internal teams, ensuring business objectives are met, service satisfaction is maintained, and account growth is maximized.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and high retention levels.
- Identify client needs, operational challenges, and growth opportunities to deliver tailored service solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, renewals, and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and technical services) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular account review reports for management.
- Resolve client escalations promptly,



conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, or Relationship Manager.
- Demonstrated track record of managing high-value accounts, growing portfolio revenue, and managing client renewals.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to review financial metrics, forecasts, and service deliverables.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
