Job Overview

Melekoğlu Baklava is seeking a versatile Full Stack Web Developer (Desarrollador Web Full Stack) to build, scale, and optimize our digital presence, e-commerce platforms, and internal web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end user experience and back-end architecture developing secure e-commerce portals, integrating online ordering systems, and streamlining digital workflows to support our expanding retail and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications and e-commerce platforms using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate web platforms with internal ERP, inventory management, point-of-sale (POS), and payment gateway systems.
- Optimize website performance, cross-browser compatibility, and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive online sales and improve user engagement.
- Manage database architecture, data modeling, and query performance (SQL / NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and fast loading times.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while enforcing web security best practices (e.g., SSL, OWASP top 10, data encryption).
- Collaborate with marketing, design,



and operations teams to translate business requirements into intuitive digital features and user interfaces.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Proficiency in back-end development languages and environments (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, or .NET/C#).
- Strong database management skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Familiarity with web server configuration (Nginx, Apache), cloud services, and version control tools (Git).
- Professional fluency in Turkish; intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
