Anthony Louis Tech SpA is seeking an executive-level Cybersecurity Director (Director de Ciberseguridad) to define, lead, and execute our general information security strategy. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for safeguarding company infrastructure, intellectual property, and customer data against cyber threats. You will establish robust governance frameworks, oversee incident response operations, ensure compliance with international security standards, and report directly to the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate, implement, and oversee the organization's overarching cybersecurity strategy, risk management framework, and security governance policies.
- Lead and mentor the enterprise security team, including security operations (SOC), threat intelligence, compliance, and incident response personnel.
- Establish continuous monitoring and incident response protocols to detect, mitigate, and resolve cybersecurity threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities in real time.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international security frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and Chilean digital privacy laws).
- Direct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits, and third-party risk management assessments across corporate and cloud assets.
- Manage the cybersecurity budget, evaluate and implement enterprise security architecture, and oversee technical security tools (SIEM, EDR, IAM, Cloud Security).
- Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor to C-suite executives and the Board of Directors,



translating complex technical risks into strategic business insights.
- Foster a company-wide culture of security awareness, directing continuous employee training and phishing simulation programs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, System Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of total experience in cybersecurity and information technology, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or directorial role (CISO, Director, or Head of Security).
- Proven track record of designing, building, and managing enterprise-level security operations and cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Executive-level certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are strictly required.
- In-depth expertise in threat modeling, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and zero-trust framework implementation.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic planning, crisis management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required to engage with global executive stakeholders and cross-border teams.
